Really good Stay!
smart layoutrelaxing spalate breakfast
The staff was super helpful and professional, I felt cared for! the hotel's design ensured guests didn't crowd each other, a smart layout. the spa was relaxing. I liked how well it was maintained.
breakfast started quite late at 7:00 a.m. it made it hard to grab a quick bite before my early train. this limited my options since my train departed at 7:30 a.m.

The breakfast offered a wide array of options. The quality was superb! i especially enjoyed the selection of local cheeses and fresh pastries. the coffee service was prompt. I found the area very clean.

My double room plus was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities! the bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens. I slept soundly each night. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and heated towel rack.

The hotel is located near the train station! this made arriving and departing very easy. I found it convenient. access to local attractions and the gornergrat station is very close.

A perfect experience in a fantastic location

The location is superb. It is across from the main train station. The gornegratt railway is only three minutes away. Sunnega blauherd station is only ten minutes away. Shops and restaurants are very near. i found the staff courteous and helpful.
I had a small issue with the breakfast policy one morning. I wanted to take a small amount of food with me. my train departed early. Breakfast began at 7:00 a.m. i was told i could not take much food with me.

The room was clean, spacious, and very well kept. i was very impressed. The decor felt new. The beds were particularly comfortable, and i slept well each night i stayed in the view double room plus.

The staff provided very helpful service, and were always smiling. Their friendly and professional service improved my overall experience. i felt very well cared for throughout my stay. Their attitude.

The hotel features a heated pool and a spa. It's a really amazing combination. Breakfast was fantastic, with many choices available. There is a big balcony. I could enjoy some quiet time.
